01 / Origin.
Josh Berger joined SAG in 1991, age six. He’s been on sets ever since — first as the talent, later as the person watching the monitor with the producer’s notes in his lap. That dual perspective shows up in everything he builds.
In 2002 he launched Mozaic Creations, a non-profit aimed at fostering community through art, poetry and music. It used MySpace — back when that was where you went — to unite a large collective of artists. His first lesson in network effects, long before anyone was calling it that.
02 / Hollywood & Radical.
In 2008 Josh joined his brother Jesse Berger, Noli Molla and Barry Levine to establish Radical Studios. As Director of Digital Media he built the digital presence for films including Oblivion (Tom Cruise & Morgan Freeman) and Hercules (Dwayne Johnson) — projects that together exceeded $1 billion in global revenue.
The same year, he founded Berger Bros. Entertainment to produce films, TV, music videos and viral content — a home for director-led IP.
03 / Acting on the silver screen.
Josh acted in numerous projects working with directors like Greta Gerwig (Barbie) and Darren Lynn Bousman (SAW 2 & 3), and alongside actors like Lisa Kudrow (Friends), Tom Sizemore (Saving Private Ryan), and Verne Troyer (Austin Powers).
04 / Interconnected.
Concurrently, Josh launched Interconnected Worldwide, pioneering social media marketing for small businesses before Facebook Business Pages existed. It evolved into web development and marketing for e-commerce, then technology development management for partners across industries.
05 / SocialHouse.
In 2015 Josh co-founded SocialHouse, a peer-to-peer platform connecting Millennials based on shared interests and lifestyles. It secured a $10M seed round and sharpened his thinking on community-first product design.
06 / Pet Hemp Co.
In 2018 Josh and his brother launched Pet Hemp Company, a pet CBD brand. It was acquired for an 8-figure sum by a leading company in the sector — proof he could ship a consumer brand from zero to category leader.
07 / Packet.
Also in 2018, Josh became a founding community member of Packet, a decentralized media network powered by providers paid in PKT, a cryptocurrency on the Base blockchain. PKT reached a $350M market cap in the last bull run.
The team closed a $5M seed round in 2022 to expand the Packet Network (now in 34 countries) and fund R&D on Packet TV — a free-TV network of pre-programmed channels personalized by AI based on viewer preferences and habits.
In 2025, he launched the Packet Hub — a network of apps and content, similar to a TV app store, but without gatekeepers. Anyone can list media platforms and content for global discovery using free domains for life. packet.pkt.tv.
08 / Now & next.
Josh is focused on personalized television with Packet TV, developing and producing IP with Radical Studios, mentoring founders, and speaking at conferences and intimate poetry rooms. Available for keynotes & workshops, select advisory work and producing collaborations in 2026.
